User Agreement
Terms
This agreement is between Vesta.net.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration) - a company that provides access and services of the site Vesta.net.ua (hereinafter referred to Services provided within the Site (hereinafter referred to as the site visitor). The User Agreement regulates the use of resources, services, site features provided by the Site Site Administration to obtain, place information and communication.

1. Visitor
1.1. The visitor of the site is any private person who has entered and viewed at least one page of the site without prior registration and authorization on the site or forum.

1.2. The visitor who has registered and entered with the use of unique individual data becomes the user of the site.

1.3. The user has access to additional features provided on the site.

1.4. In order to use the resources, services and features of the site, the user must first express his agreement with the agreement. The user has no right to use the site if he has not accepted the terms of the agreement.

1.5. The visitor shall not have the right to use the services of the site and cannot accept the terms of the agreement if he has not reached the age prescribed by law to conclude such agreements; or has not fulfilled other conditions for concluding such contracts provided by law.

2. Using the materials from the site
2,1. Only registered visitors-users of the site-can use interactive resources of the site, leave feedback, comment on materials, publish their own materials and keep online.

2,2. The user has the right:

2.2.1. Publication of messages;

2.2.2. Comment on posts;

2.2.3. Use the site resources in another way that does not contradict the basics of its activity.

2.3. Copyright to site materials, resources and services, if not otherwise, belong to the site administrations.

2.4. Copying materials from the site without written consent of the administration is prohibited.

2.5. Partial citation of the site materials on an irregular basis is allowed with a mandatory reference to the output page of the quote (not more than 5% of the total material).

2.6. All names, names, trademarks, symbols and slogans, registered in the prescribed manner, are the property of their legitimate owners. The site materials do not use icons ® and / or ™ to designate them.

3. Rules for commenting and writing reviews
3,1. When writing reviews and comments, the user must comply with the established rules and restrictions.

3.2. Ignorance of the rules, including restrictions on the placement of information and the use of site resources, does not dismiss the visitor (including the user) of the site from their implementation, and in case of their violation - from liability in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the legislation of Ukraine.

3.3. The site is forbidden:

3.3.1. Incorrect use of comments (for example, for advertising in sales or for questions of other users);

3.3.2. Abusive behavior towards other visitors, as well as representatives of the site administration;

3.3.3. Placement of obscene statements;

3.3.4. Publication of messages to provoke irritated reaction of other participants in the resource (trolling);

3.3.5. Placement of unauthorized advertising, commercial messages or ads;

3.3.6. Placement of materials containing abusive statements, signs of discrimination on national, ethnic, racial or religious characteristics;

3.3.7. Unauthorized placement by the user of materials, copyrights that belong to third parties;

3.3.8. Promotion of computer and audio/video piracy in any form, publication of references to files and/or sites that directly violate or promote the copyright of third parties (torrent trackers, file exchange sites, Warez sites);

3.3.9. Creation of accounts in which the username imitates the names of the services (administrator, moderator, etc.), or similarly to the name of the already registered user;

3.3.10. the use of capital letters, punctuation and special symbols in messages, except in cases governed by the rules of the language used;

3.3.11. publication of calls for violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order, seizure of state power; change the state border of Ukraine; pogroms, destruction of property, seizure of buildings or structures; aggression or resolution of military conflict; other actions and publication of any messages prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine;

3.3.12. Placement of messages (reviews, comments), which are repeated in full, partially or in the content and content of previous messages (reviews, comments), including the site deleted by the Site administration on the basis of this Agreement.

3.4. The site does not welcome the placement of messages devoid of information load and does not relate to the topic of the resource.

4. Responsibility for placing materials
4.1. Users are provided with a platform for communication (reviews, blogs, forums, commenting system, etc.). Any user can express their opinion with that

4.2. Responsibility for the accuracy of information posted in public sections of the site (reviews, forum, comments) is exclusively the author.

4.3. Public sections of the site are subject to postmoderization - checked by a moderator (authorized representative of the site administration) after publication of messages.

4.4. A visitor who considers information on the site that it directly violates someone's interests, and the user who posted the information can contact the site administration to eliminate the differences caused by the information posted on the site. Such visitors and / or users are obliged to try to resolve the controversial issues, in their opinion, to take reasonable issues for this reason.

4.5. The site administration has the right to terminate the agreement with the user at any time, including if the user has violated any provision of the agreement or committed actions that clearly indicate that the user does not intend or cannot comply with the provisions of the agreement.

4.6. The moderator, in case of violation of the conditions of this provision, may delete the posted information, review, comment; block your account; Refuse the user in access to the site or exclude access to the part of the site capabilities by IP address.

4.7. A clearly reasoned appeal of moderators' actions is possible by communicating with the site administration.

5. Agreement on Privacy
5.1. The procedure for collecting, using and disclosing information that can be considered confidential is carried out on the basis of a confidentiality agreement.

5.2. By accepting the terms of this agreement or visiting the pages of the site, the visitor automatically agrees with the terms of the confidentiality agreement on the use of personalized and non -personal confidential information, respectively.

5.3. Collection, storage, use, processing and disclosure of information obtained by the site administration as a result of visiting an individual (visitor or user) of his sites and /or filling in registration forms, including personal data of users, is carried out by the site administration in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. An individual (visitor or user) knows and agrees to the collection and processing of their personal data by the site by the site within and for the purpose stipulated by the terms of the User Agreement, the Privacy Agreement in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine; It is undertaken in writing to notify the site administration of changes in its personal data.

6. processing and storing your personal data
6.1. We guarantee the privacy of personal data and apply organizational and technical measures to protect personal data. In some cases, the site administration interacts with its partners in the processing of personal data and transmits them. In such cases, we guarantee that appropriate measures will be taken to protect such data. This means that we do not convey any data to partners whose rules for storing data seem to us doubtful, or if we know that such rules are significantly different from the conditions provided for in this Agreement.

6.2. We can store two types of personal data:

6.2.1. Identification data, including name, surname and IP address;

6.2.2. Contact information including user e -mail.

6.3. We process personal data for several reasons:

6.3.1. For site visitors to be able to leave comments using our site (if they have a wish).

6.3.2. To ensure the functioning of the services (for example, to show appropriate ads).

6.3.3. For visitors to the site have the opportunity to receive our newsletter if there is a subscription.

6.3.4. To have the opportunity to collect statistics. We need statistics for two reasons: see if our services are available to visitors to the site visitors, as well as to understand how visitors to the site use our services, thereby making services more convenient for visitors based on the observations obtained.

6.3.5. We use the data received from you (first and last name, e -mail address for news sending) only if we get your consent to the rules of processing such data.

6.4. Different data storage periods may vary

6.4.1. Personal data that allow us to analyze the availability of services is stored for three years.

6.4.2. Personal data that allows you to leave comments are stored until you stop using the commentary function. If you want to delete this data please send us an email and we will delete your profile.

6.4.3. The personal data we store is not used for personalization (in the legal blind, this means that we do not create any automated decisions or create any profiles based on this data).

6.5. You have the right:

6.5.1. Ability to change their personal data if they are not complete and /or incorrect.

6.5.2. Request to delete your personal data.

7. Cookies

8. Final provisions
8.1. By filling out the registration form on the site, the visitor automatically accepts the terms of this agreement.

8.2. The visitor accepts the terms of the contract in case of actual use of the site. In doing so, the user understands and agrees that the site administration will consider the fact of using the Site as an agreement with the terms of the agreement from the appropriate moment.

8.3. The activity of the site administration is carried out in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Any claims, disputes and official appeals will be considered exclusively in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine.

8.4. The site administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses incurred by visitors, users or third parties, as well as for the lost benefit as a result of Ain.ua.

8.5. The user agrees that he is fully responsible (and that the site administration is not responsible to the user or any third parties) for any violation by the user of his obligations established by this Agreement, as well as for all the consequences of such violations ( including any loss or damage that the site administration may bear).

8.6. The terms of this Agreement may be changed unilaterally.
