Ordering

We draw your attention: all the rights provided in the Law on Consumer Protection are applied to the buyers of our store. You can place an order in two ways.

• Using a "basket" directly in an online store
• by phones listed in the site hat
• by messengers (there is a fast -chat button for Viber or telegrams at the lower right corner of the page)

We recommend placing an order on the site with a "basket", which allows you to fully control the process and avoid errors when registering. For this, register in your personal office, select the necessary goods in the "basket", the desired payment form and enter the recalculations for delivery.

Payment options

You can pay your order as follows:

• Prepayment to the bank card
• Payment imposed (pay after receiving and inspection of the order at the delivery service, note that additional fee is charged
• Prepayment for cashless account
• Cash (upon receipt in our warehouse or otherwise)

Delivery conditions

1. Delivery variants:

• Sending H/Nova Mail Delivery Service
• Delivery in Kolomyia
• Self -removal from our warehouse in Kolomyia
• Shipment by other delivery services by individual agreement with our manager.

2. The product, if it is in our warehouse, is shipped immediately on the day of ordering, or the next working day (otherwise the manager will warn you about the date of shipment).

3. Sending an order is possible if you have a complete prepayment or false payment (postpayment).

4. Upon receipt of the goods, the client is obliged to check the order immediately, namely:

• Check the completeness of the whole order and each product separately;
• Make sure that there is no mechanical damage on the product;

5. In case of disclosure of order or other issues related to the order, contact our manager immediately.
